October 2016 Cooking Class Schedule
Join us to learn how to make a variety of Korean culinary classics each Saturday in October. Class size will be limited to 6 people, so if you are interested please let us know while space is still available. The cost of each class will be $12 per person, and will last approximately 1 1⁄2 to 2 hours. Please respond by message on Facebook, email or by phone if you are interested.

The preparation and making of Cabbage Kimchi and Radish (Gakdugi) Kimchi.
Saturday, Oct. 8, 3:00 pm
A delicious dish of vegetables in a black bean sauce served over noodles, called ChaJangMyun, Pan-fried Mondu and Cucumber Kimchi.
Saturday, Oct. 15, 3:00 pm
Bibimbop (a popular mixed vegetable dish with rice), Duk-Boggi-Duk (a spicy rice cake dish), and Miso soup with Tofu and seaweed.

Bulgogi, (Korean Barbecued Beef), BuchimGee (Korean pancakes), as well as YangYum GanJang.

Korean Mondu (dumpling) soup, Kimbop (Korean-style Sushi) and Spicy pan-fried Tofu.
