March 2017 Cooking Class Schedule
Join us to learn how to make a variety of Korean culinary classics each Saturday in March.
Class size will be limited to 6 people, so if you are interested please let us know while space is still available.
The cost of each class will be $15 per person, and will last approximately 1 1⁄2 to 2 hours. Please respond by message on Facebook, email or by phone if you are interested.
Saturday, March 4th, 3:00 pm
Bibimbop (a popular mixed vegetable dish with rice), Duk-Boggi-Duk (a spicy rice cake dish), and Miso soup with Tofu and seaweed.
Saturday, March 11th, 3:00 pm
BuchimGee (Korean pancakes), Bibim Guksu, (a spicy cold noodle salad with cucumber and carrots), YangYum GanJang, (a spicy soy sauce dip) and Baby Potatoes marinated in soy sauce.
Saturday, March 18th, 3:00 pm
The preparation and making of Cabbage Kimchi, Bulgogi, (Korean Barbecued Beef), and pan-fried Tofu with a Spicy Sauce.
Saturday, March 25th, 3:00 pm
Kimbop (Korean-style Sushi), ChapChae (Sweet Potato starch noodles & vegetables), and Fried chicken wings with a sweet, crunchy soy sauce glaze.
