Soybean Sprout Soup

Ingredients

Method

  1. Sauté soybean sprouts in vegetable oil for a few minutes.
  2. Add water until the sprouts are almost covered. Add the Beef Dashida and salt.
  3. Bring to a boil, adding the scallions, chopped garlic and black pepper.
  4. Add a pinch of Miwon (MSG), if desired.
  5. Serve with rice on the side to be added to the soup.
  6. Add Yang-Yum-Gang-Jong sauce to taste.

Yield

Makes approx. 3-4 large servings.
